Platform Role

Across Stay is an accommodation service platform that connects tenants with independent property owners, landlords, and housing providers. Across Stay does not own, manage, or control the listed properties.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and landlord approval. A booking is confirmed only after:

Required payments are completed, and
The rental agreement is signed by both parties

Across Stay reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking request without prior notice.

Payments & Charges

Tenants agree to pay all applicable charges, including booking amount, rent, deposits, and service fees (if applicable).
All payment terms, due dates, and amounts will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.

Pricing & Availability

Property prices, availability, and details are subject to change at any time without prior notice, as they are provided by third-party landlords.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms vary by property and are governed by the landlord’s policy and rental agreement.
Across Stay’s service fee (if applicable) is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is handled as per the landlord’s terms and is usually refundable after move-out, subject to property inspection, no damages, and clearance of all dues.

Tenant Obligations

Tenants agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during booking
Comply with property rules and local regulations
Pay rent and dues on time
Maintain the property in good condition

Any violation may lead to penalties, eviction, or contract termination.

Property Listings & Accuracy

Across Stay strives to ensure accurate property details; however, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listings, including photos, amenities, and descriptions, as they are provided by landlords.

Liability Disclaimer

Across Stay shall not be liable for:

Any disputes between tenants and landlords
Property condition, maintenance, or services
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
Delays or failures caused by third parties

Third-Party Services

Across Stay may collaborate with third-party platforms or partners. Users may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

No-Show & Delayed Move-In

Failure to move in on the agreed date without prior notice may result in charges or cancellation as per the rental agreement.

Amendments

Across Stay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of relevant courts.
