Across Stay follows a transparent refund policy aligned with industry standards. Refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and the policies of the respective property provider.

Booking Amount / Service Fee

The booking amount or service fee paid to Across Stay is generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Cancellation Before Confirmation

If a booking is cancelled before confirmation or contract signing, any refundable amount (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

Post-Confirmation Refunds

Once the booking is confirmed and the rental contract is signed, refunds will be governed strictly by the property/landlord’s cancellation policy. In most cases, this may result in partial or no refund.
