Contract fee: 45.- Short-term lease policy: 6 to 9 months: 65.-/month. 3 to 5 months: 90.-/month. 1 to 2 months: 150.-/month. The security deposit is equivalent to two months of rent. Therefore, any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly. Security deposit must be transferred by wire transfer or Paypal upon execution of the lease agreement, before checkin. Deposit must be transferred and contract must be signed within one week. Otherwise, such behaviour will be regarded as a cancelation by the tenant.
