Upon arrival, the renter must pay the total of one rent, regarding the Security Deposit of half rent, plus half rent for the last 15 days of the contract in advance. The keys will only be delivered with the duo payment. Rules: Cordiality towards other residents and neighbors. No Smoking indoors. Keep the property clean, tidy, and airy - the humidity is high near the beach. Respect the rest time after 22:00/10pm. In the event of any problem, accident, damage to the property, furniture/equipment/painting, etc., you must inform the owner immediately. Seek to save water and electricity, because if it exceeds the usual average consumption value per person, the additional amount will be charged accordingly.
