The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional building in the historic center and welcomes guests into a unique, essential, and functional space. The studio comprises a well-organized open-plan space, where the sleeping area seamlessly integrates with the fully equipped kitchenette, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. A practical bathroom with shower completes the property. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
