The admin fee of €500 functions as a Booking Fee, which is non-refundable except if the residence cannot offer accommodation or if the tenant is not admitted to a local university/college. A 14-day cooling-off period applies only before the residential period begins. Once the stay starts, cancellation rights end. This Booking Fee converts into the Security Deposit at check-in, and the deposit is returned within 30 days after the end of the contract, minus any charges for damages or unpaid fees. Cleaning: Cleaning service is provided only in the common areas. If the tenant wishes to have the studio itself cleaned, this service can be arranged for an additional fee.
