Situated in a strategic location, the university campus is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city centre is easily accessible by crossing the road. The bus stop is located right in front of the building, and a beautiful park called "Parco Urbano" is just behind the building. All necessary kitchen equipment: microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, fridge and washing machine is provided. In addition to the rent, the monthly bills of 140 euros all-inclusive cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: Sept to Jan first semester, 5 months and Feb to Jul second semester, 6 months. August is optional for those wishing to spend their holidays in Italy. An administration fee of 200 euros is requested.
