Services on request, for additional cost: Heating is optional and costs 160,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of 50€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC. Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Pets on requet.

Location: Located in São Gonçalo a town just above Funchal town centre this is without doubt one of the favourite locations to watch the magnificent fireworks display that illuminates the night sky on new years eve and in June. Within a short stroll from the villa, you'll discover a restaurant and bar, while a mini-market and pharmacy are conveniently located a bit farther away. For your grocery needs, a selection of supermarkets can be reached with just a 10-minute drive. The historic Old Town of Funchal is merely a 5-minute drive away, featuring cobblestone streets and delightful open-air dining options, making it a splendid destination for exploration or a short bus away.
