It's the perfect location to spend unforgettable holidays in the Tigullio Gulf.The apartment has a nice living area with an equipped kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with television and wifi. There is also a hairdryer, towels and bed linens for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome!  The property is located in a residential area of Santa Margherita Ligure and at a few steps away you can reach the train station and bus stops or the boat pier to explore the neighborhoods and discover all the beauties in the Tigullio Gulf.We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located at the ground floor and it's necessary to climb some steps while entering into the building.House rules:- Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to also arrange a self check-in (always starting from 3pm).- Tourist city tax (2,00 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival.- In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged).- At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport.- At the moment of the check in, the guest will sign a lease agreement according to Italian law."
