Surrounded by a lush garden dotted with palm trees, this early 20th-century villa offers a breathtaking view of the olive groves and the valley of Lake Baiata. Inside, original elements such as Favignana tuff arches and polished terracotta floors help define its unique style. Perfect for accommodating up to six people, the villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors. Both inside and outside, there is no shortage of convivial spaces: on the ground floor there is a large living area with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. From here, large arched French doors open onto a large furnished terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing. A swimming pool and sun loungers await you in the heart of the garden.

Interiors:
The villa is on two levels connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to a large open space living area with sofas, fireplace and service bathroom; dining area and kitchen; three large arched French doors open onto the terrace and garden; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Accessible via an internal staircase; a double bedroom with a divisible bed; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property covers about 14,000 square meters, distributed on two levels. A garden with lawn, palm trees and Mediterranean plants surrounds the villa and the terrace. The upper level houses an olive grove bordered by hedges and shrubs. Next to the olive grove there is a gazebo with stone barbecue, sofas, table and chairs. The lower terrace, accessible via four steps, includes the pool, a lawn and a solarium equipped for outdoor relaxation. Within the property it is possible to park up to five cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.


Pool:
The pool is located about 20 meters from the villa, in a secluded area of the garden. Rectangular in shape; it measures 10 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1 m to 1.5 m; access via a Roman staircase at one end and a steel staircase at the other; clear PVC coating; chlorine purification; internal lighting activated by a twilight sensor. The solarium is paved with stoneware and surrounded by Mediterranean plants, furnished with sun loungers and tables. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
