Grisaldi del Taja is an apartment that overlooks the well-known Via dei Montanini, a street with many historic buildings in the city of Siena. The Grisaldi del Taja family, from whom the apartment takes its name, owned the entire building and, in fact, their family crest is positioned outside. The interior decorative style blends an ultra-modern design with the frescoed ceilings of two rooms and the marble cladding around the door frames. Elegance and refinement render cosy and welcoming this apartment in the historic centre of Siena. The custom-designed kitchen is unique and refined. Covered in marble, it has motor-powered drawers with a push-pull system and is skilfully lit from above. The large windows in the living area overlook Via dei Montanini. Another peculiarity is the acoustic insulation from the street in the city centre which, with the windows closed, renders the environment silent. The double bedroom, at the rear of the building, has a king-size bed. The centrality of the apartment allows you to enjoy the historic heart of the city and its social life, pampered by the charm and design of this home.Interior:
The entrance is on the ground floor. In the entrance hall are the stairs up to the apartment (located on the second floor). The apartment is composed of a double entrance, living room with TV, kitchen and hallway. The hallway leads to the bathroom and to the double bedroom with loft (with an extra bed, where we would recommend a stay for children aged at least 6, due to the presence of the glass barrier that limits the loft). The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located in the hall on the ground floor. Air conditioning in the bedroom.
Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
