Mulino nel Chianti is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse nestled in the woods between the Chianti villages of Lucignano and Monti. The exposed beams, terracotta floors and original stone keep intact the rustic character of this old mill, now carefully restored to offer a relaxing stay for up to ten guests. The interiors, decorated with traditional furniture and antiques, include five bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Outside, a terrace for outdoor dining with umbrellas, barbecue and an infinity pool create the perfect atmosphere for experiencing summer in Tuscany. The location is ideal for exploring castles, wineries and panoramic roads of the Chianti Classico region, with Siena and Gaiole within easy reach.

FARMHOUSE - GROUND FLOOR - Kitchen with access to the garden; dining room; corridor that leads to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub; TV room. FIRST FLOOR (ATTIC) — Steep and open internal staircase that leads directly to a bedroom with French bed, private terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. BASEMENT — Laundry. ANNEX (located about 20 m from the main house) - Living room with minibar; a double bedroom; a bathroom with hydromassage shower. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The property covers about one hectare of forest and garden, framed by oaks, oaks and cypresses. The lawn surrounding the buildings is enriched with borders of roses, hydrangeas and aromatic plants. A shaded terrace near the annex is equipped for outdoor dining, with barbecue and seating area. The access road leads to an outdoor parking area at the back of the house, with space for up to four cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:

The infinity pool is located about 40 meters from the house, on the same level. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a depth of 1.50 to 2.50 m; covered in light blue PVC; salt purification; internal lighting; access via a metal ladder. The surrounding solarium, paved in local Chianti stone, is furnished with teak sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
