Surrounded by olive trees and overlooking Agios Stephanos harbour, this stunning villa is enviably located within a 7 minute stroll of the Agios Stephanos waterfront. Due to the nature of the steep terrain, the villa is built over three storeys and there are plenty of steps but the reward is the spectacular views. This light and spacious villa has everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. The communal areas are well-designed for a gathering but there is enough space to spend time apart, too. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom and so the villa works well for groups as well as a for a large family. The living room doors open onto the terrace where you can put your barbecue skills to work and enjoy alfresco dining or let someone else do this while you head to the lower terrace and play some table tennis or just soak up the sun on the loungers before cooling off in the 9m pool. If you decide to head out for the evening you will find a selection of upmarket of bars and tavernas in Agios Stephanos or you could head further afield to enjoy the offerings of larger towns such as Kassiopi. Although Agios Stephanos has its own little beach, we would definitely recommend visiting the beaches of Avlaki and Kerasia which are both a 5 minute drive from the villa and offer delicious local tavernas and change of pace.
