Villa Favorita, a stylish and elegant oasis located near the coast, was once owned by the Baron of Monopoli, a posh town just 15 minutes away. The villa has been restored to its original 19th-century style, complete with original floor tiles and furniture, some of which belonged to the Baron himself. The villa has many luxurious features, including a summer kitchen and private pool, a dining area, pool table, and a 17th-century Florentine fireplace. Additionally, there is a romantic pergola, draped with sheer curtains, for peaceful naps. One of the villa's most unique features is the underground space, where olive oil and wine were once produced. The space is a vast and tranquil area, with antique furniture, delicate ornaments, soft cushions and an en-suite double bedroom with a separate bath carved from a single block of stone. The villa has three bedrooms, two of which share an onyx and marble bathroom, and a kitchen-dining area. There is also a sleeping platform in the living room which would be suitable for a couple of children or teenagers. Guests can also opt for a private chef to cook for them. If they choose to explore, the villa is located close to beaches and upmarket beach clubs, and historic towns such as Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. Smoking - not allowed
