Made up of three trulli houses that have been joined together, Trulli Rosalinda is ideal for multigeneration groups and families on vacation together. These historical buildings are unique to Puglia, offer a taste of the region as it was over 500 years ago. Trulli Rosalinda is styled with an organic style that allows its natural beauty to shine through. White walls are edged with stone the color of amaretti biscuits, whilst arched windows, doorways and wall alcoves reflect the gentle curves of the high, domed ceilings. Outside, ancient olive trees that are up to 400 years old provide shade over the lush green lawns. There is a circular infinity pool surrounded by lavender, and a solid stone dining table for al-fresco meals. An additional covered area has a firepit, ideal for atmospheric evenings around a fire or for drying off after a late-night swim. Within the walls of Trulli Rosalinda, you’ll find two separate areas, each with its own entrance. A light open-plan kitchen/diner and living room overlook the gardens, pergola and pool, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are interconnected and accessed separately from the garden. This layout makes Trulli Rosalind the perfect choice for a family travelling with grandparents or with older children who would like to feel more independent. There is room for everyone to have their own space, but wonderful communal areas for spending time together. The local area Trulli Rosalinda is set in a private and peaceful location amongst the olive groves, however everything you need for your vacation is close by. Cristo Re is the nearest village to Trulli Rosalinda, less than a ten-minute drive away. There are a variety of restaurants, and every August the village is part of a religious ceremony during which a statue of the Virgin Mary from the historic town of Santa Maria di Leuca is paraded through the streets, and then sailed across to San Gregori and back. Monopoli is a twenty-minute drive away, where you can hire boats for the day and explore the local food scene. Monopoli is known for its historic old town, castle, and pretty harbor. Meanwhile, the beaches of Polignano a Mare and Porto Ghiacciolo beaches are a twenty-minute drive away for days when you want to be by the sea.
