Located on the Ionian side along the coast road that goes from Torre Pali to Pescoluse, the property is within easy reach of the most famous tourist destinations: 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, 40 km from Gallipoli, 50 km from Otranto and 70 km from Lecce.Interior:The villa, with its typical design and characterized by stone walls, has just one floor. From the main veranda, one of the twin doors, embellished with a triangular tympanum in white stone, leads directly to the spacious kitchen with dining area. The kitchen then leads directly to the double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the veranda. Also from the kitchen, a small corridor leads to a small guest bathroom and to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and outside access onto two attractive verandas equipped with coffee table and chairs. The ground floor is completed by a box room in the sleeping area which serves as a laundry.Park:Tenuta Deco' is set in a frame of luxuriant Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it almost completely. Once past the automatic iron gate, you go along a gravel drive to the parking area next to the villa. In front is the spacious veranda equipped with sunbeds, for moments of relaxation under the shade of the trellis, and a white iron table for outdoor meals. The salt-purified pool is slightly detached from the property, and completed by a spacious sunbathing area with cosy sunbeds and shady spaces. Dotted around are many small corners surrounded by greenery from where you can enjoy the view of the splendid blue sea.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.Swimming Pool:The lovely stone-lined swimming pool is located behind the living area. Rectangular and measuring 5 x 8 m, it has salt purification. A beach entry with 5 steps leads down to the deepest point of 1,40 m. The large sunbathing area, partly stone-paved and partly red clay and adorned with fragrant vegetation providing privacy for the guests, is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, with an elegant sitting area in grey resin completing the area.
