Given the large outdoor spaces, the house is also particularly suitable for families. The outside jacuzzi is not heated and it cannot be used from October to April.The house, with attention to the smallest details, is spread over two levels. Downstairs you will find a large living room with two sofas, one of which can become a sofa bed if necessary. Some external steps lead to the living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. Thanks to a spiral staircase you access the upper floor where there are the two bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. The large two-level garden is complete with outdoor furniture, jacuzzi and barbecue. In the garden there is also an independent kitchenette for outdoor lunches and dinners, with a large outdoor table under the adjacent pergola.
