A small hallway then leads us to the double bedroom with window overlooking the garden, and to the bathroom with double marble sink and whirlpool tub. We reach the first floor via an internal staircase that leads us from the living room to a second living room that disengages the two bedrooms on the main floor: the first, a double bedroom with a view of the Fiumefreddo hills, and the second a triple room consisting of a double bed and second single bed. Adjacent to the latter we find a cozy bathroom with a large shower for two with double shower head. From the living room on the first floor you can then access the terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding hills. Finally, we walk the internal staircase from the hallway on the ground floor, to access the pool level, thus reaching the liveliest area of the villa: billiard room, relaxation / dining area and fireplace become ideal elements for perfect moments of conviviality. Finally, the pool level hosts a triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, and directly overlooks the pool where we find a large solarium and a nearby barbecue area. 4500sqm surface that surrounds villa head of the river, hosting tropical plants, relaxation areas, solarium, swimming pool, barbecue area, veranda laundry and covered parking.
