Perfect for a holiday in Naples for groups or families.Less than 5 minutes walk from the Museum, from here you can reach all the points of interest in the historic centre and the famous pizzerias (Sorbillo, Da Michele, Trianon, Concettina ai 3 Santi), within walking distance, as well as supermarkets, minimarkets, ATM, typical shops and pharmacies.Guests have access to the whole flat: living area, bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a room with a sofa bed and a loft with a play area.BEDROOMSheets and towels are provided free of charge.There is a double bed (size: 160cm x 190cm).Also in the room: mirror, coffee table, wardrobe, clothes rack, bedside tables and lights.BEDROOM #2The second bedroom has a sofa bed (French bed) for 2 people.BATHROOMSThe main bathroom is right next to the bedroom. We provide free toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, carpets and towels.The bathroom products are: shampoo and body soap.TERRACEGuests have access to a very picturesque terrace where they can enjoy the open air.CLEANINGWe clean the flat before check-in, paying particular attention to sanitising it with special products!INTERNETAt the moment there is no internet connection in the flat.AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATINGThe flat is cool in summer and warm in winter.However, there is an air conditioner in the common area and there is also a thermostat to regulate the heating in the whole house. Therefore, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations are.CHILDREN and OLD PEOPLEChildren and the elderly are welcome!The flat has two floors and, as you can see in the photo, there is a staircase to climb to reach the house from inside the building and more stairs to get to the mezzanine where the children's toys are located.FLOORThe flat is on the 1st floor but the entrance is on the mezzanine floor of the building. There are stairs to climb.As you can see in the photos, there is a nice view of the inner courtyard of the building.CHECK-INOnce you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. You may be asked to show some documents, due to the Italian security law.NOISEThe flat is extremely quiet and there is no noise.There is no traffic, as we are not on a busy street.The doors and windows are of good quality.You will sleep well!PRIVACY AND SECURITYThe building is very secure.
