• Subsequent rents must be paid by the 1st day of the previous month

Reservation process
Once you request a booking, you’ll receive an email requesting you to fill out a short form to introduce yourself and the documents needed for the contract. After our confirmation, you must proceed with the payment of the two rents, deposit and entry fee. Check-in is authorized on the agreed date once payment is confirmed, and the contract is signed.
