The house is fully equipped for your stay in Porto, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment includes maintenance cleaning every 15 days, complete with a fresh change of bed linen and towels. Utility expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €75.

If the tenant wishes to bring pets, weekly cleaning becomes mandatory at a cost of 30 euros per week (this service is no longer included in the rent).
