My husband and I own and manage few student flats in Murcia city centre, renting rooms exclusively to university students. We keep standards high and respond quickly when something needs fixing.

✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: 1 month. Room reserved once deposit is received.
Minimum stay: September–June: 5 months | July & August: 1 month.

Administration fee: €350 (one-time)
It covers the lawyer office who prepares your official rental contract, so everything is professional, secure and clearly documented.
