I offer a private room with its own key, for one woman only, in a shared apartment with me and my two calm and affectionate cats 🐾.

The apartment is well located, about 20 minutes from the beach and Alicante city center, with shops, public transport, and a local market very close by.

The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator and is cool and quiet.

The room (approx. 3 x 2 m) has a double bed, desk, shelves, drawers, clothes hangers, a fan, and a window overlooking an inner courtyard, making it very peaceful.

Common areas:
The bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, etc.) are shared.
I provide soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

About living together:
This room is rented exclusively to one woman.
I’m looking for a respectful, independent, cat-loving person.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There will be two people and two cats living in the apartment.
