As this is a new shared flat, the future flatmates can either move in together straight away or join together with several other interested folks.
It is important to us that we understand each other and get along well. ;)

We take care of electricity and heating so that you, as a resident, don't have to worry about any registrations. ;-)

We require the following documents for move-in:
• a guarantee from parents
• Proof of identity
• Self-disclosure form
• Reference from previous landlord

Internet (Wi-Fi) can be provided for an additional €20/month.

Rental conditions:
Deposit: 3 months' rent
Minimum rental period: 6 months
Direct rental by the owner – no broker commission!

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a roommate who is open-minded, tidy, and reliable. It doesn't matter whether you are a student or working – the main thing is that we get along well!
