Spacious ground floor apartment in the heart of Bologna, able to accommodate up to 4 guests and located in the historic center, at a strategic distance from the main places of interest in the city. Equipped with linen and towels, unlimited Wifi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, it offers all the comforts to comfortably explore the city center.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.

Administration Fee Box:
The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations. It is our commitment to ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle-free, and the administration costs allow us to maintain this high standard of service.
