Premium Accommodation Service//OUR SERVICES INCLUDE: Room rental, 2 cleanings of common areas per week, Maintenance, Internet, Taxes, Civil Liability insurance and 24-hour assistance for any incident by the property manager. OPTIONAL SERVICES: Loan od bed linen 40EUR one-off payment, Towels set loan 25EUR one-off payment and Cleaning of the bedroom: Weekly 40EUR/month, Fortnightly 22EUR/month, Monthly 13EUR/month and Extraordinary one-time cleaning 25EUR one-time payment RESERVATION POLICIES: Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: 5 percent per month of the rate. Surcharges for stays of 1 to 3 months: 10 percent of the monthly rate. Preferred booking 10 months: September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those beginning in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
