For the request to be accepted you must book it for at least 4.5 months, that is from October 1st until February 15th for the first semester, not beyond February 15th unless you are staying for two semesters. If you want from September there is no problem. The charge is made for half a month and not for days.For the summer, July to September, minimum stay 2 months.There is 300 Mbps internet for 7 euros, utilities for 2 euros, water 4euros and electricity depending on consumption.
