Residence Ciompi is located by the historical center, one step from Piazza del Campo

we offer different kind of rooms:
single / double / triple all of them with private or shared bathroom

THIS LISTIN IS REFERRED TO ONE BED IN A DOUBLE ROOM SHARED BATHROOM

All rooms have a TV lcd 19” / Safe Box / WI FI
Not depending on the rooms size or kind or number of people, every guest will have his own desk with drawer, wardrobe, orthopedic bed / mattress nightstand with drawers
some rooms have private bathroom (sink /WC / bidet / shower) some shared bathroom - 2 bathrooms for a maximum of 5 users

Rates Include:
1. Living expenses (like electricity / central heating / water etc.)
2. WI- FI
3. Use of a fully equipped common kitchen
4. Laundry corner (washing machine / iron / iron board)
5. City tax: 12,00 euros a month for non-resident
6. Cleaning service: we guarantee a minimum of 4 times per week for common rooms: living rooms, kitchens, shared bathrooms etc
7. Room service: rooms are cleaned once a week
8. 2 kits of sheets and towels are included
