Kitchen includes gas hob, two electric ovens, microwave, double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sliding glass doors open to covered outdoor dining/lounge area overlooking the pool. Steps down to lower ground floor with outdoor additional seating area and pool shower room. Annex Lower floor: Master bedroom suite with seating area and en-suite shower room, French doors to outside patio seating area. Annex Upper floor: Master bedroom with en-suite shower room, French doors to small balcony overlooking the pool. ‘Night house': A living area with a work space leads to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and French doors, one that gives onto the garden and the other onto the patio with a garden view. Two twin bedrooms with French doors that open to garden. These two twins share a family bathroom.Park:The grounds are extensive, continuing beyond the the tended gardens around the two buildings, and expansive views across open countryside dotted with white houses. The only sounds are the chirping of birds and, occasionally, a dog barking in the distance. Some drops and walls are lower than 1m so children should be supervised at all times.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.Swimming Pool:The swimming pool is 15m x 8m and it is deep 1,20m to 2,20m.Pets: On request.
