Its neutral colour palette and excellent quality contemporary furnishings makes this an inviting and stylish villa. As you enter the villa you are greeted by an intimate living room with a single bed-sofa and a bathroom. Down a few steps is the sitting room at the heart of the villa overlooks the pool, with large linen sofas, a Bose music player and Smart TV. A dining room connects to a well-equipped kitchen and through to the outside dining area. On the upper floor the bedrooms have all been thoughtfully designed, each with an en-suite bathroom and a distinctive style. The master double bedroom has a foot balcony with a delightful view of the countryside, a large bathroom with a big tub and a shower that faces the countryside and a walk-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom's bed is made from the original old barrels from the winery. This was once the heart of the winery where the grapes used to be crushed to make wine. There is an extra single bed in this room. Just a short walk from the main villa is the modern annex surrounded by its terraced which is furnished with comfortable seating. The large glass doors give onto the countryside that surrounds the villa. Here there are a further 3 bedrooms - one can be made up as a twin or as a double and the other two are doubles. Each with its ensuite bathroom with shower. Villa description: A small sitting room with a single bed-sofa and bathroom with shower, living room, dining room, kitchen, master double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, double bedroom with an extra single bed and bathroom en-suite. It is possible to add a cot in the master double bedroom. Separate annex: Two double bedrooms and one twin or double, each with its en-suite bathroom with shower.Park:The villa is set in an impressive 24 acres of enclosed grounds, giving you absolute privacy and space to unwind and enjoy the natural setting. Explore the grounds on foot or mountain bike, following pathways through olive, fruit, eucalyptus and pine trees. From here, there are unspoilt views which extend over the Sicilian countryside dotted with prickly pears, agaves and yuccas.
