Villa La Vista is an elegant contemporary-style vacation home spread over three floors. From the outside, it might appear as a simple house, but once inside, guests are greeted by a spectacular panoramic view of the sea through large windows. Thanks to its hillside location, the villa offers breathtaking views stretching from the nearby beaches and the marina of Capo d'Orlando to the Aeolian Islands. The seaside façade features large windows, glass doors, and balconies, ensuring a continuous view of the sea and islands. The villa is perfect for moments of relaxation, whether enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace, an evening drink by the private heated pool (available upon request for an additional fee), or an afternoon siesta. The dining table under the olive tree provides an additional space for sharing with family and friends. The infinity pool, with its unique shape, seems to blend with the sea, giving the impression of being able to touch the islands. The Nebrodi region, with its authentic villages nestled in greenery and a coastline rich in equipped beaches and free shores, offers a perfect balance between hills and sea. Guests can savor local products such as fresh fish, Brolo salami, Nebrodi black pork, and sun-dried ricotta cheese.Interior:The entrance door on the mountain side leads to an elegant living space distributed over three floors, fully air-conditioned (activated upon request with an additional fee). Guests are welcomed into the study area, and on the same floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas, a tv, and a balcony with a sea view. Adjacent to the living room is a suite with a double bedroom, featuring a balcony with a sea view, a private sitting area with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Descending the stairs to the lower floor, there is a meditative space in front of one of the many windows with a sea view. On the lower floor, a hallway leads to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. The kitchen, which includes a relaxation area with a sofa and a dining area, offers direct access to the terrace and the pool. On the upper floor, there is a panoramic terrace where guests can admire the view of the port and the sea.Park:The terraced surfaces surrounding the house are spread over three levels. On the lower floor, a small garden, predominantly planted with olive trees, is accessible via five steps from the kitchen terrace. On the kitchen level, the terrace hosts a dining area with a table for eight people under the shade of a large olive tree and an infinity pool. Here, there is also a cozy outdoor sitting area and a small sofa from which to enjoy the wonderful sea view. For the best view, guests can climb to the rooftop terrace via the internal iron stairs.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.Swimming Pool:The infinity pool with a sea view is located on the lower floor terrace of the house, with direct access from the kitchen. It has an irregular shape that follows the terrain, measures approximately 12 x 3 m, and has a variable depth between 0.50 m and 1.50 m. The interior, made of polished concrete, includes steps for entering the water. The pool is edged in lava stone, and the solarium, as well as the terrace and interiors, is paved with glazed lava stone tiles, where sun loungers and a small sofa are arranged. Nearby, there is an additional sitting area and a shower with hot and cold water. The pool is sanitized with chlorine and is open from May 1st to October 31st.Pets: On request.
