With the entrance on the ground floor, on your left you will find the elegant and refined living room that overlooks the large outside porch, embellished by the well-kept garden, where you can spend lunches and dinners admiring the view and enjoying the silence of the area; the barbecue-fireplace is at the complete use of the guests. Also on the ground floor, but cleverly separated from the rest, there is the large and fully equipped kitchen. Continuing on, we find the first double bedroom overlooking the internal garden and the first bathroom, very large and elegant with hydromassage shower. Going up the marble stairs we go to the other two double bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace with a view of the lake that will leave you breathless; here we also find the second bathroom, also large and elegant with hydromassage shower (bath not usable). Everything in this villa is cared for to the smallest detail and embellished with fine finishes. The highlight of the house is definitely the swimming pool, surrounded by tiles with direct view of the lake and mountains; you can't ask for more. The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th with the following opening times: 09-23. An outdoor parking space is available for guests. N.B. there is a caretaker who lives in a separate but adjoining flat to the villa; he will help you with anything. Don't worry, you will not notice his presence.
