The apartment is a part of a recently build complex, and is well furnished and finished. The historic center of the  town is about 400 meters from the apartment; while the beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle. It can comfortably accommodate a couple and a child with all the comforts, thanks to the presence of a double bedroom, and a cot for children under the age of 4, optional. The air conditioning ensures that inside the house there is always the required temperature. The bathroom is complete, with a hydromassage shower. A strong point of the apartment is the outdoor terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. A desk area is also available for guests to work in smart working, also thanks to the WI-fi available.
