In one of the most magical cities of Puglia, the B&B La Prejela is born, a nineteenth-century house divided into four apartments of refined style. La Prejela is the Ostuni dialect definition of the "Vine", born inside the house and subsequently matured outside the façade, which has made the structure a real pearl surrounded by nature. A harmonious union between magic and fate, which has lasted for more than 50 years and has its roots in the B&B La Prejela. No one knows who or what brought this Vine outside the building, and no one knows where it finds its foundation. The only thing we are allowed to know is that every year, every season "She" blooms and envelops the home.
Negroamaro (or Negramaro) is a black grape variety grown almost exclusively in Puglia, especially in Salento. The origin of the name is the repetition of the word black in two languages: "niger" in Latin and "mavros" in ancient Greek (hence the dialectal maru) and its grape is extremely versatile, pure and simple in taste. The room has a typical Ostuni architecture, full of comforts, for a totally relaxing holiday.
