Villa at noto Marina  on the sea, partner of val di noto, is a charming cottage located about 100 meters from the beach of Lido di Nota, with its fine and golden sand and crystal clear sea. The area is well served by bars, restaurants, pizzerias and services. A few meters away is the beach which is both free but also with equipped beaches. The house has: a private entrance with 2 parking spaces inside, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 kitchen / living room, 2 bathrooms and a veranda equipped with garden furniture and a bbq area, and the garden is equipped with outdoor shower. Ideal to spend a holiday in total relaxation, a few steps from the sea but in a well served area.
 
Guests will have access to the house independently

In the immediate vicinity a few minutes walk are located bars, restaurants, pizzerias and equipped beaches, supermarkets, tobacconists.Strategic point to easily reach the main beaches and nature reserves; a few kilometers away from Syracuse- Ortigia and the Plemmirio nature reserve; Noto and the Vendicari nature reserve; Cassibile Nature Reserve - Laghetti di Cava Grande; Marzamemi and Portopalo.
 
Direct bus from Catania airport, Bus in connection with the nearest cities (Siracusa- Noto- Catania) Taxi, car and bike rental. Urban shuttle that connects all the squares of the historic center to the shopping center and the beaches of the coast.
 
It is possible to check in from 15:00 to 20:00, in addition to the possibility of late check in until 23:00 for 50 euro. In case of early arrival we carry out luggage storage service, as well as infopoint services and bicycle rental.
