Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 5100 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 10200 EUR otherwise
The refundable security deposit will be 5100 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 10200 EUR otherwise.
If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent.
