Fully furnished: 120 cm mattress (no bed frame, but one can be bought), desk, chair, closet and blinds (can be darkened ~95%). Rent is all-inclusive (heating, water, electricity, internet).

THE FLAT
82 m2 flat on the 4th floor of a modern new-build (2022) with elevator, soundproof doors and windows, underfloor heating and laminate floors. Large open kitchen/living room (28 m2), bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate WC, balcony (smoking allowed on the balcony only), washing machine, dishwasher and bike storage. Fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbit/s).

LOCATION
Quiet residential area. Close to U8 Franz-Neumann-Platz (20 min to Alexanderplatz, good connection to Kreuzberg/Neukölln); U6 nearby (Mitte/Friedrichstraße); Ringbahn two stops away. Within 10 min by bike: many cafes, bars and coworking spaces, Flow Motion (acrobatics & yoga, one of Berlin's best studios) and other community events.

Nature: Schäfersee lake 3 min away (ducks, swans, foxes), Plötzensee 10 min (swimming, beach bar, forest, weekly ice-swimming meetups in winter), and Tegeler See with its large forest ~20 min away.

FLAT LIFE
Current flatmates would prefer someone social, to occasionally share meals with, maybe sometimes host dinners, board game evenings, etc. Great place to invite people over and host dinner parties. English or German spoken, internationals welcome, any gender.
