Bills: Utilities are NOT included. Bills are charged separately per person. (Note: If you are moving in as a couple, the extra cost for bills will be double). 💡

Registration (Empadronamiento): Only available for tenants booking a minimum stay of 6 months. 📝

Pets: Pet friendly! Your furry friends are welcome here. 🐶🐱

Vibe: We value a clean and peaceful environment. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the shared spaces.
