# CAMPUS FONTANA — Independent student accommodation near Turin

**Private student apartments in Moncalieri, Turin area — single and shared rooms available for the 2026/2027 academic year.**

This is more than a room in a shared flat. **Campus Fontana is a purpose-built student residence with 15 independent mini-apartments and 24 places**, managed directly by us.

Located in **Strada Rigolfo 30, Moncalieri (TO)**, right on the border with Trofarello, the residence is just **350 metres from Trofarello railway station**, making it easy to reach Turin and its universities.

## YOUR OWN INDEPENDENT MINI-APARTMENT

The main advantage of Campus Fontana is the independence of each accommodation.

Every mini-apartment is a complete, self-contained living space and includes:

* A bright and spacious room, from **18 to over 25 sqm**
* **Private bathroom**, exclusively for your use
* **Fully equipped kitchenette** with table and dining area
* **Washing machine and dryer**
* Modern heating and air-conditioning system for both winter and summer
* New, fully furnished interior with **bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table**
* **Wi-Fi connection**

The room is designed so you can **study comfortably and privately in your own space**, without having to share your bathroom or kitchen with an entire residence.

Two mini-apartments are fully accessible and adapted for students with reduced mobility.

Although every student has their own independent accommodation, Campus Fontana also offers spaces designed for socialising and relaxing.

On the first floor you will find a **large 50+ sqm covered relaxation area**, available to residents for breaks, socialising and shared moments.

## LOCATION — 350 M FROM TROFARELLO STATION

**Strada Rigolfo 30, Moncalieri (TO)** — on the border with Trofarello.

The residence is approximately **350 metres from Trofarello railway station**.

From Trofarello station, you can reach **Torino Lingotto in around 9 minutes**. From Lingotto, the main university areas of Turin can be reached by metro, tram and bus.

The closest university location is **Politecnico di Torino – Lingotto campus**.

The surrounding area offers shops, sports facilities and everyday services within easy reach.

## SUSTAINABLE LIVING

Campus Fontana is equipped with a **65 kW photovoltaic system**, helping to reduce the environmental impact of the residence and contributing to stable utility costs.

## ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT

**Single room: €450/month + €100/month for expenses**

**Place in a shared double room: €320/month+ €80/month for expenses**

The rent includes:

* Electricity
* Heating
* Air conditioning
* Water
* Building charges
* Waste tax
* Weekly cleaning of common areas
* Internet/Wi-Fi
* Use of the washing machine and dryer in the accommodation
* Access to all common areas

**No separate utility bills.**

A **€35 final room cleaning fee** is charged at the end of the stay.

A room-cleaning service is also available on request for an additional fee.

A **security deposit equal to two months' rent** is required when signing the contract.

## WHO CAN APPLY?

Campus Fontana is available to students who are enrolled, or planning to enrol by **31 October 2026**, at an Italian university.

Academic requirements apply:

**First-year students:**
A minimum average grade of **6.5/10** in their latest school report.

**Students already enrolled or Master's students:**
At least **50% of the credits from the previous academic year**, with a minimum average grade of **20/30**.

**Master's, PhD and specialist-school students:**
A university degree with a minimum final grade of **70/110**.

**International students:**
A **B1-level certificate in Italian or English** is required.


Once we have received and checked the required documentation and verified that the eligibility requirements are met, we will send you confirmation of the room assignment and the rental contract.

**The accommodation is definitively reserved only after payment of the security deposit.**
