Very bright and silent apartment. With 2 bright furnished rooms plus kitchen plus bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine etc. The bathroom is with a bath tub. Prices for heater, water and everything else is included. There are also towels, sheets and all you need to directly start living.

In the garden belonging to the house you can use the garden benches to chill. The garden is very silent and as hugh like a park.

The apartment is located in a green, silent and very safe part of Berlin "Pankow". 15 Minutes to walk is the great Florakiez with bars, cafés, shops etc. and where the young life plays. 3 minutes to walk to Bus X54 which goes directly to S, U and Tram Pankow. Or 12 minutes to walk to S,U and Tram Pankow directely. Its also in the area where you can use e-scooters (like Bolt, Tier, Lime, Voi). With it you just need 3 minutes to S/U Pankow.

I offer the flat just for a period of time and just for people who stay temporarily in Berlin for one or two years (like for a project, PhD, limited working contract, exchange year etc) and are looking for a cosy fully furnished apartment. Anmeldung is possible of course.

Every room can be equipped with a queen-size bed and a desk. If you just need one bed just tell me.
