Rent is a flat €2,400 a month with nothing on top. Utilities, heating, electricity, 500 Mbit/s broadband and a fortnightly clean are all included.

You're in the heart of the Agnesviertel, one of the best parts of Cologne. Cafés, restaurants, the weekly market and Fort X park are on the doorstep, and the city centre and main station are 10 to 15 minutes away on foot or by tram. Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are all close by, and the Rhine and old town are a short cycle away.
