Single room in shared flat – San Siro (Via Leopoldo Pollak 8 )

I'm looking for someone to take over my single room. I'm moving abroad, so the room is free from 1st of October.

The room is around 10 m2, furnished (single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe in the hallway) and bright. The flat is modern, tidy and well kept:

Large living room with open kitchen, dining table and sofa
Full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet
Big balcony with awning and table, great in summer
Washing machine in the flat

Costs: 650 € per month + 650 € deposit. With utilities it comes to roughly 700 € per month, all included.

Flatmates: an Italian couple, both 30, both working. They share the other bedroom. Quiet and clean people.

Area and transport: San Siro, Municipio 7. 10-minute walk to M5 (the purple line); buses 80 and 64 stop right in front of the building. Esselunga di Via Novara literally next door. Parks, greenery and lakes within walking distance (Parco di Trenno, Boscoincittà, Parco delle Cave).

You can register your residency at this address, which helps with a permesso di soggiorno application or renewal.
