This is a newly renovated (2026) top-floor apartment in a characterful Spanish villa. Access is via a private street entrance with an internal staircase leading up to the residence.

Note: Due to the staircase access, this property is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility, or very small children.

Airport: An easy 40 minute drive from Alicante-Elche Airport. Free public parking in the village.
