I'm renting out a bright, fully furnished double room in a recently renovated duplex: spacious, quiet, and full of plants, with its own terrace to relax on.

The apartment is in El Carmel, a calm local neighborhood just 5 minutes from Park Güell and Parc del Guinardó, and 5 minutes from the metro. From there, Gràcia and Sagrada Família are about 10 minutes away by bus. Close enough to everything, far enough from the noise and chaos of the city center.

It's a great base if you're in town for a course, conference, or work trip and want somewhere comfortable and peaceful to come back to.
