Suitable for one person or a couple, the studio has a comfortable open-plan layout with a double bed, sofa, dining or working area and storage space. It also includes a private kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, washing machine, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The private balcony has a small table and chairs, providing a pleasant outdoor space for having breakfast or relaxing. The studio is located on the second floor of a traditional Lisbon building without a lift.

The building is directly opposite the National Pantheon. Santa Apolónia train and metro station is approximately seven minutes away on foot. Tram 28, Feira da Ladra, the riverfront and Alfama’s viewpoints are also nearby, as well as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies.

The monthly rent includes water, Wi-Fi, one gas bottle per month, electricity up to €50 per month and regular cleaning. Electricity usage above €50 and any additional gas bottle must be paid separately by the tenant.
