Suitable for one person or a couple, the studio features an open-plan sleeping and living area with a double bed, a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a washing machine and Wi-Fi.

The studio is located on the second floor of a traditional Lisbon building without a lift, directly opposite the National Pantheon. Santa Apolónia train and metro station is approximately seven minutes away on foot. Tram 28, Feira da Ladra, the riverfront and Alfama’s beautiful viewpoints are also nearby, as well as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies.

The monthly rent includes water, Wi-Fi, one gas bottle per month, electricity up to €50 per month and regular cleaning. Electricity usage above €50 and any additional gas bottle must be paid separately by the tenant.
