We value a relaxed, warm and respectful environment where everyone enjoys both socializing and their own privacy.

Rules:

- No pets
- Smoking only in the backyard
- Silent hours are from 23pm to 7am
- Online work meetings and calls must be kept to a minimum. Our home is not suited for home-office. If we allowed everyone to have these meetings everyday, our home would sound like a call center. Please find an appropriate work place.

Two months' rent required in advance (first and last month).
