The apartment

This bright one-bedroom apartment on the first floor suits singles or couples on a temporary stay in Berlin. It comes fully furnished, from the cozy bedroom to the modern kitchen with a large refrigerator and oven. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed with a new cold-foam mattress and a wardrobe. The adjoining hallway holds a coat rack and an additional cabinet with plenty of storage space. The apartment sits on the border of Lichtenberg and Friedrichshain, with supermarkets, restaurants and first-class public transport on your doorstep. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the small balcony, where smoking is permitted.

Who can rent this apartment

This apartment is rented for temporary stays only, under German law for furnished short-term housing (§ 549 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Requests must state a specific, documented reason with a fixed end date: language course, internship, university semester, work assignment or project. We ask for proof (enrolment, contract or assignment letter) before booking.

Registration (Anmeldung) is possible; a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung is provided at handover.

We do not accept requests for a permanent move to Berlin or open-ended stays.
