The apartment, recently renovated, is located in a historic setting in the city centre. The residential complex to which it belongs dates back to 1200, when the Patriarch of the then Contrada di San Pietro had 12 houses built close to the main squares.

The living room features a round designer table for 6 people, a comfortable sofa, and a Samsung TV.

The high-quality kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for your stay. Think of comforts like all the latest appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine, oven, kettle, iron, etc.).

The master bedroom has a double bed with two pillows. There is a two-door wardrobe, a small desk and two bedside tables with reading lamps.
The second bedroom has a double bed with two pillows. This bedroom has two bedside tables with reading lamps.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a two-door wardrobe and two reading lamps.

There is a full bathroom with a shower cubicle and bathtub. Welcome kits (soap and shower shampoo) are provided.

The living area and sleeping area are equipped with independent split air conditioning units.

The house is furnished with attention to detail, featuring design elements and artistic objects.

- Check-in is possible from 15.00 hours.
- To access the house, guests will receive a link giving them access to the opening controls. You will be provided with all the necessary information before your arrival.
- Check-out must be by 10.00 a.m.
- Bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside the building. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of €150.
