Each of our rooms is designed to enhance your university journey, ensuring it becomes an unforgettable experience. Providing a secure and comfortable environment, we aim to facilitate lasting connections that will accompany you throughout your academic endeavors and beyond.

The studio is a ground-floor studio apartment with a private bathroom. Spanning approximately 15 square meters, inclusive of the bathroom space, it encompasses a study area complete with shelves, desk, and a cozy chair, a 120-cm bed, a wardrobe closet, and a living area equipped with a table, stool, and a well-appointed kitchen featuring a sink, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and microwave oven. Centralized heating ensures comfort, with a user-friendly thermostat allowing for temperature control. The private bathroom, measuring around 3 square meters, offers a convenient shower and overlooks the inner courtyard of the facility.
